In Western Australia this is the Lower House of Parliament is comprised of 59 members. The party or coalition of parties that achieves a majority of seats in this House forms the government.

In Western Australia this is the Upper House of Parliament. It is sometimes referred to as the "House of Review" and is comprised of 36 members elected from the State's six regions.
